About this policy

Color My Rims is a puzzle game for iPhone and iPad: you paint a wheel with paint cans and stencils until it matches the target. This policy explains what information the app handles, where it is kept, and how images and the camera are treated.

In short, the game works without an account, has no in-app purchases, keeps everything on your device, and does not send your personal information to us or to anyone else.

Data on your device

To remember your game, the app saves the following only in its own storage on your device:

• levels you have unlocked and completed;
• your best time and number of moves for each level;
• your hint balance and winning streaks;
• settings, such as vibration and whether the tutorial tips were shown;
• your profile photo, if you choose to take one (see section 3).

This data is not sent to us or to any server. We cannot see it, restore it or delete it remotely.

On the Profile screen you can take a photo to use as your avatar. The app asks for camera permission only when you tap the avatar, and iOS shows you that request first. Taking a photo is optional — the game works fully without it.

• The photo is taken with the camera only. The app does not access your photo library.
• The photo is saved as a single image file inside the app on your device and is used only to show your avatar.
• It is never uploaded, shared, analysed or used for face recognition.
• Taking a new photo replaces the previous one.

You can turn camera access off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera.

Images in the app

All game artwork — wheels, stencil patterns, paint cans, buttons, icons and backgrounds — is packaged inside the app. The game does not download images from the internet and does not use your photo library.

The wheels you paint are drawn on your device while you play. They are not saved to your photo library, uploaded or shared.

The illustrations on this page are taken from the game. Color My Rims artwork is provided for use within the app and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

What we do not collect

Color My Rims does not collect, store on our side, sell or share:

• names, email addresses, phone numbers or contacts;
• precise or approximate location;
• advertising identifiers or device fingerprints;
• usage analytics, crash analytics or gameplay behaviour;
• photos, the content of your photo library, or the wheels you paint;
• payment or billing information — the game has no in-app purchases.

The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Third parties

The app contains no advertising networks, analytics services or tracking SDKs. The only third party involved is Apple, which provides the App Store, iOS permissions and device backups under its own privacy policy.

This policy opens inside the app from Settings. Loading it is an ordinary web page request to our website; the page uses no cookies, analytics or trackers.

Children

Color My Rims is a family-friendly game. Because the app does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country).

Your choices and deletion

• Reset progress in the app's Settings erases unlocked levels, records and hints. It does not delete your profile photo.
• Take a new photo to replace your current avatar.
• Delete the app to remove all of its data from your device, including the profile photo.
• Turn off camera access in iOS Settings at any time.

If iCloud Backup or a computer backup is turned on, the backup may contain a copy of the app's data until that backup is deleted; this is handled by Apple or your backup provider.

Since we do not hold any of your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on our side. You are always welcome to contact us with questions about your privacy rights.

Changes to this policy

If the way the app handles information changes — for example, if new features are added — we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Please check it from time to time.
